Exposed concrete technology is the process of exposing the concrete surface by removing the top layer of cement using a deactivator; that we use to control exposure depth. Exposed aggregates have the same feature as regular concrete with additional advantages such as the ability to use natural elements and the possibility of casting them in molds and creating new and innovative ideas.
We will be demonstrating those advantages in a 2 days course and addressing the latest technology and innovations in the use of disruptors and our own made moulds. In the course we will guide you on how to choose the right materials for exposed aggregates, die casting technique and surface finish to achieve the best problem free result.
